手淫过度得人注意了

长期手淫过度会引起肾虚的，手淫过于频繁的人要注意一下了，看看自己是否牙齿松动，掉头发，耳鸣，后腰两侧酸痛，如果有的话证明至少是肾虚前兆，要控制手淫了，对于已经有上述症状的人，除了控制手淫外，还有一个小技巧可以改善，就是购物的时候，购物袋的绳子只用双手小指的第一节去拎，坚持下来会有改善的，当然严病情重的，求医问药才是最好的办法。
