双方洗干净了再做爱，不要半个月不洗澡就猛上，那样跟禽兽没啥分别，不过一般人不会这样啦，还有一点就是不要用不干净的东西来自慰或者参与你的性爱行为，特别是性具最好是消毒。然后不要尝试去滥交 肛交，最后就是带套套上岗，这样可以让你保持健康
